    Hardware Return Policy

        Your website indicates that unused software products have a 30-day return window (https://www.bisque.com/secure/storepolicies/ReturnPolicy.asp).  Does the same policy apply to unused hardware products?

        -MKS 4000 electronics upgrade kit (have not purchased yet). 

        I'm planning a trip to repair an ailing Paramount ME.  The existing electronics are probably fine (suspected cause is cabling, diagnosed elsewhere on this forum).  In the event that cabling is not the problem, and an electronics upgrade could fix the issue, a "just-in-case" purchase might save me a trip.
        In the event that cable adjustments solve our problems, I'd like to know whether I could return an unopened / unused MKS 4000 upgrade kit for refund.

    Yes, you can. Just let us know before you ship it back so that we can issue an RMA.
