    Worse customer service yet!

    Yesterday I posted a question about Automadome software.  A simple question!  Does it work with Digital Dome Works?  No response.  Nothing.  It is hard to believe that you guys seem to depend on users to answer questions like this.  There should be an email address where one can get direct support from the company.  This is worse than Meade and that is saying a lot!  At least with them I can get a response.  Needless to say I am not impressed.

    Sorry that Software Bisque did not meet your expectations; I try to answer questions as quickly as possible.

    As for email, spam has ruined it as a form of reliable "open ended" communication. There's zero spam on this list, and, after a less than 24 hour period, you did receive a response from me, the Vice President of the company...

    IMO, your accusation is unfounded and unfair.

    Thanks for the response, although it did not really answer my question.  I need more information before purchasing the software.  I posted another question on the forum. 

    I looked for downloadable documention on Automadome and could not find any on your site. If it is available, please let me know the site.
