double secret probation??

Well, once again when I boot up CCDSoft v5 it refuses to run becuse of a missing dll.

So, once again I chase down my password, change it, and then download to reinstall.

Except this time the reinstall wants a password to reinstall which, obviously, is not my new updated password because my new password does not work.

So how do I reinstall?

Why do my dlls disappear?

First off, this is not normal behavior. If there is a missing DLL, then one or more anti-virus application is "messing up" your computer so that CCDSoft will not run.

Thanks, I'll give that a try. The only reason I'm trying to reinstall is that is what CCD Softs error message tells me what to do to fix it: "Apogee32.dll not found. Try reinstalling to fix..."

Sorry about any confusion; this is a standard "Windows" error message that appears when it (Windows) cannot locate a DLL.
