Several methods for attaching your telescope to the Paramount ME Versa-Plate are listed in the table below.

Losmandy Dovetail	If you purchase a Celestron C-14, all the hardware required to mount the telescope to the Versa-Plate is included with the telescope.	The dovetail method is not the most rigid method for attaching optics to telescopes. It introduces unwanted flexure that can affect overall pointing accuracy and repeatability.
Homeyer Scope Cradle	Extremely rigid mount-to-telescope attachment. Good for multiple optics. Repeatable all sky pointing.	More expensive.
Parallax Instruments Standard Tube and Rotating Rings	Extremely rigid mount-to-telescope attachment. Good for multiple optics. Repeatable all sky pointing.	More expensive.
