That means you've never placed any orders at the Software Bisque Store using the zstar account (otherwise, orders appear there).

Otherwise...

  1. Do you have a different account under which the order may have been placed? 
  2. Do you need a copy of an invoice?

Daniel.....I have only one account that I know of....try to have it show to see if I qualify for upgrade pricing.......purchased a Meade LS8 and think I may be ready for Sky X Pro......Thanks, Joseph

Sorry for my confusion.  While you did not originally purchase TheSky6 from the Software Bisque Store (so there's no corresponding order in the store's records), your TheSky6 serial number is registered on your Subscriptions page
