Dear Partner,

Well, one customer broke his ME II by falling down to the ground. He said the declination axis was a little bit bent and wonder if they could buy a new one axis inner the mount to let him exchange himself? If they could disassemble and then assemble themselves?

Looking forward to receiving your news!

Yikes.  This non-warranty repair/service work must be performed by Software Bisque (if the Dec axis is "a little bent" that means the worm gear and bearings are probably damaged, and potentially other internal components may need to be replaced). See this page to get the return process started.
