I am looking at payload weight for the MyT mount and wondered.  Is the 50lbs it's rated for the visual weight or is it the maximum you can have on it for astrophotography equipment?  My setup consists of a Edge HD 1100 with 60mm guide scope, hyperstar or reducer and ZWO ASI071MC Pro.  All together about 42 pounds of gear.

We do recommend a maximum of 50 lb. / 23 kg "instrument capacity" for the Paramount MYT. This means everything mounted to the Versa-Plate at the payload end of the declination axis, regardless of its intended purpose.
