I already own and use sky X pro and was wondering if I could purchase MYT without thumb drive containing Sky X

Please understand that the Paramount MYT Software Suite is bundled with the Paramount MYT mount; excluding it would not reduce the price of the mount. You could choose to sell the unregistered suite to another user (there is a fee to transfer the license if the suite was formerly registered to a different user). But be aware that, while TheSkyX Professional Edition is the core component, the suite includes many add-ons, some of which you may currently be lacking. See Paramount MYT Software Suite for details.
