I just installed CCDSoft, when I try to print screen and save it, program crashes "The instruction at "0x73dd11c" referenced memory at "0x00000004". The memory cold not be "read". " Help please.

  1. Install the latest version from the Downloads page before proceeding.

If the behavior persists,

  1. What is the step by step procedure to reproduce the error?
  2. What is the make and model of your printer?
  3. What operating system?

I have updated to 5.00.192 version. same result, program crashes.
 
I am running windows XP, SP3. It seem that 5 other people in my class have to same problem.
 
this is what I am trying to do
 1. hold Alt and press Prnt Scrn
 2.  paste it, and save as *.bmp
 
after i click save, program crashes.
