Software Bisque Support Corner

My retail version of CCDSoft 5 appears to not have drivers for the FLI PDF; no drivers are listed for FLI cameras, filter wheels, or focusers. Did I err in the CCDSoft installation? I put the installer CD in and looked for additionall installs that I might have missed, but I didn't find any. Do I need to purchase the additional driver package at $99?

If you paid $350.00 for CCDSoft (full retail price), you're eligible to receive the CCDSoft Camera Plug In upon request.

If you paid $99.00 for the CCDSoft upgrade (or received CCDSoft via an SBIG camera purchase), the CCDSoft Camera Plug In costs an additional $99.00.

I have the full-retail-price version, most likely bought from you personally at the Software Bisque booth at NEAF in '06. Will the SN provide proof that it is a retail version, and, if so, how can I get the SN to you?
