Currently licensed for Version 5 windows based but PC crashed and now running a Mac Pro. Would like to get the upgrade to Pro edition to run on the Mac. The options for the upgrade seems to be only for the windows version. Can I get the Mac version or do I have to upgrade the windows and purchase the additional 6 computer license even though I will not be using the pc based system?

Up and running with the upgrade. When I first tried to run the full installer for Sky X Mac version it would not allow me to download it. After several more tries the system apparently recognized my registration which I had put in two days earlier. It also would not accept saving the file to the applications folder on the Mac. It worked when I saved it to the desktop and then after the zip file opened the Mac moved it to the applications folder by itself. Perhaps I did not need to save the installer but should have just opened it and it might have worked. Perhaps the above will help you advise a future Mac user who runs into the same problem. My initial brief view of the program looks like a big improvement from Sky V - which I enjoyed using for years. Alan
