RECOVERING SOFTWARE BISQUE SUPPORT CORNER SIGN IN NAME OR PASSWORD

ISSUE

I forgot my sign in name and/or password to the Software Bisque Support Corner (SBSC). How can I retreive them?

RESOLUTION

To recover your sign in name and or password on the Software Bisque Support Corner:

1. Visit the Software Bisque Support Corner site at www.bisque.com/sc.
2. Click the "Sign In" link (in the upper right corner of the window).
3. On the Sign In page, click the "I forgot my password" link.
4. Enter your email address (the email address you used when you created your SBSC account).
5. Click "Recover Password".

You will receive an automated email that contains your SBSC sign in name and a link for you to reset your password.
