I purchased an HP iPaq with The Sky and Tpoint included. The readme on the The Sky CD said that the serial number was on a label affixed to the CD packaging. There was no such label. There was just a plain clear platic CD container with no labels at all. In case it matters, it was not a commercially pressed CD. It was purchased from BT Technologies in Florida. The question is how do I go about getting a serial number. The seller can't help because it wasn't his mistake. It was eitheran HP or a Software Bisque mistake. Help please.
