Software Bisque Support Corner

Hello,

I just recieved a HP iPAQ hx2400 with the pocket edition installed to run my EM-200 Temma 2 mount. I lost the sky view at some point and can't seem to get it back. The program is running but I see the desktop where the sky should be. Communication with the mount seems fine and all the info entered is correct. Any solution? I've tried going through all the menus but no luck.

1. Manually "close" TheSky Pocket Edition by tapping Start > Settings > System > Running Programs tab, then select TheSky Pocket Edition and click Stop.
2. Or, prerform a "soft reset" of the device (by pressing the little reset button on the back of the device).
