Please note that the behavior you describe is normal, and has nothing to do with a valid/invalid serial number.
There are three text boxes on the TheSky Version 4 Level IV "Serial Number" window. All three must contain text to advance to the next step.
rhanalytics:Same result, will not allow me to go forward as the "next" icon is not highlighted and will not go forward, only the "cancel" icon is an option.
Enter any text into the "Company" field to proceed.
rhanalytics:by the way, thanks for your help with this; I want to upgrade but no upgrade is offered on your side for version 4; once I get this working, I will purchase the new version
