    The Sky 4.0

    I am a registered user of Level IV, Version 4 but do not have my serial number; I would like to install on my PC but it will not allow install without the serial number.  Do you have a database of serial numbers for registered users

    Actually, Version 4 does not require a SN to be installed (it just shows a warning message).

     Thanks Daniel but my version 4 comes up with a screen requiring entry of nam, company and serial number.  The next icon on the bottom is not highlighted and will not allow selection of next without entry of a serial number.

    You're almost there. Enter any text into the SN text box, and proceed, then ignore the warning message.

     I tried entering my name in the name field and entering the words "the sky" in the serial number field (without the quotes).  Same result, will not allow me to go forward as the "next" icon is not highlighted and will not go forward, only the "cancel" icon is an option.

     

    by the way, thanks for your help with this; I want to upgrade but no upgrade is offered on your side for version 4; once I get this working, I will purchase the new version

    Please note that the behavior you describe is normal, and has nothing to do with a valid/invalid serial number. 

    There are three text boxes on the TheSky Version 4 Level IV "Serial Number" window. All three must contain text to advance to the next step.
