    MacOs X

I was excited to see your ad in the Sky and Telescope 2009 Preview. However, on visiting your site I remembered that I'd seen this SkyX Student for MacOsX before, almost a year ago. Just as then, I realised it's not for me. This isn't the same The Sky that everybody uses for telescope control. It's a deaf and dumb version that can't communicate. I realise that migrating your entire software line to MacOS X would take time and effort, but please do it. The platform is increasingly used in the amateur community and in professional scientific / technical circles it's been pre-eminent for years. best regards, Richard

Thanks for the feedback. TheSky "Student Editions" don't support telescopes.

For details about TheSkyX Serious Astronomer Edition, see: http://www.bisque.com/sc/forums/p/428/412.aspx#412.

This thread lists the currently supported telescopes in TheSkyX Serious: http://www.bisque.com/sc/forums/t/6835.aspx
