To run our Apogee 9000 we've purchased the full retail version that includes the Camera Plugin. However, the required Apogee driver is not available for selection. Apogee's support tells me to download and install CCDSoftCameraPlugInsV1.00.011Setup.exe. I did that and the Camera Plugin installer asks me for a password that I haven't got since none came with the full version; and I expected everything to be just in place...
What is the password to use?
Assuming all the above information has been correct it would be great if in the future the password could be sent along with the full retail version, plus the information that the Camera Plugin still needs to be downloaded and installed to get all the drivers. It would be even better if this could be made part of the installation routine.
