Camera event dll to altert user of potential image parameter errors prior to long or series exposure(s)

My brother and I have written a camera event dll plugin for CCDSoftv5, which detects imaging/camera parameter errors such as AutoSave OFF, Subframe on, Autoguiding OFF and failure of camera to have reached the cooling setpoint.  We realize that there is another dll which attempts to do the same things, but because of that program's limitations e.g. repeatedly stopping focusing imaging, that we wrote our own.  Our program ignores focusing.  The only glich we have is the fact that when using the imaging chip under the Autoguider tab, there is no Camera State indicating that the user is in the Autoguiding tab.  Therefore, if the user has selected an exposure time longer than the users minimum under the Take Image tab, our camera event dll will fire before a autoguiding image is exposed by the imageing chip.  There is no problem when using the Autoguider chip.

We would like to add our camera events dll plugin program to your site so other CCDSoft users can be made aware of its existence.

It would also be nice if there was a Camera State property such as cdAutoGuideImage (Camera | Autoguide | Take Image) that one could then descrimate between an imageing chip exposure between the Autoguiding tab and the Take Image tab

    Excellent work!

Could you please email the plug in to support at bisque dot com?

By design, I don't think CCDSoft discriminates the case where your event fires incorrectly - just to be sure I'll use it and make sure I understand what's going on.

Even with this small "flaw," the plug in has value, correct?
