How to order on behalf of our customer

One of our academic customers asks us to pay for The Sky6 Pro and CCDSoft on behalf of him. He has difficulties to do so himself. How should we do?

We would like you to open the account for a customer, send us an invoice and ship the order to us. We will forward it to him.  This is the best way to execute his university budget.

Software Bisque software is normally purchased directly from the Software Bisque Store via credit card.

Should the Software Bisque Front Desk submit, via email, the price quote for these products to you (specifically, your private email address on your Software Bisque account) ?  If not, please can you please email the Front Desk (by clicking the Send an Email link) with this information (Name, ship to address, billing address, phone/fax, PO number, etc)?  Thanks.

We ordered The Sky6 Professional Edition and CCDSoft on February 8 (INV2645). And we have not received them yet for over four weeks. Please let us know the current status? When do we receive them?

We have not received any message from Colleen or Leah. Please take care of this issue.

You should have received an email from Leah with the tracking number.  And, as I understand, according to the UPS web site, the package was delivered and signed for.

Today is Saturday, and typically Software Bisque employees do not work on the weekends.  I will make sure that there is another follow up on Monday.

Hello,

The package was delivered on 2-15-10 at 4:50pm,  signed for by Hirayama it was delivered to JP.  The tracking number for UPS is 1Z49590W6750361051. You may go to UPS.com and click on tracking shipments enter the tracking number I have provided to receive more information if you need.
