Adaptor Panel Warranty Replacement Policy*
If Software Bisque has determined that your Adaptor Panel electronics need replacement, and the product (Paramount ME or BisqueTCS) is less than one year old, then you are eligible to receive a warranty replacement Adaptor Panel.
- A $250.00 deposit is required to order a warranty replacement Adaptor Panel.
- The failed Adaptor Panel must be returned to Software Bisque.
- When Software Bisque receives the failed electronics, your account will be credited the amount of the deposit.
- Shipping and handling charges are applicable on warranty and non-warranty electronics replacements.
- To order the warranty replacement Adaptor Panel control system electronics, click the Add to Cart link above, then click the Checkout link on the right side of the page. During the checkout process, enter the Coupon Code that has been issued to you by the Software Bisque Front Desk once the determination has been made that a replacement Adaptor Panel is necessary.
Adaptor Panel Non-Warranty Replacement Policy
If Software Bisque has determined that your Adaptor Panel needs replacement, and the product (Paramount ME or BisqueTCS) is more than one year old, then you are eligible to receive a replacement MKS 4000 controller for $250.00 (price does not include shipping and handling).
- An additional $250.00 deposit is required to order a non-warranty replacement Adaptor Panel.
- The failed Adaptor Panel must be returned to Software Bisque.
- When Software Bisque receives the failed electronics, your account will be credited amount of the deposit.
- Shipping and handling charges are applicable on warranty and non-warranty electronics replacements.
- To order the non-warranty replacement Adaptor Panel control system electronics, click the Add to Cart link above, then click the Checkout link on the right side of the page, then proceed to enter your shipping, payment and other required information.
