How do I return products to Software Bisque?

RESOLUTION

For software product refunds:

Software Bisque offers a 30-day money back guarantee* on software products.

If you wish to return a Software Bisque software product, please do the following:

1. Email support at bisque dot com the following information:

a. The "Subject" of the email must be "Software Bisque RMA Request" (otherwise the email could be identified as spam).
b. In the body of the email, include your invoice/web order number, your name and mailing address and the reason for the return.

2. Once the above information is received, Software Bisque will issue an Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

3. Clearly mark the return package with this RMA number. Returns without an RMA will not be accepted.

4. Mail the software to:

Software Bisque will issue a refund, less the stocking fee, after the product is received.
