Scheduled air date: 1999 Jul 05-11

This week Venus can be seen in the evening sky near the star Regulus, and on July 11th,
they will appear closest; a little over a degree apart.
Next week the Moon will join them, forming an especially beautiful triangle in the West
just after sunset on the 15th (inset). Since Venus will have reached its brightest
only the day before (July 14), this is a combination you won't want to miss!
