Star GQ Lupis

Because the star GQ Lup(is) is currently "in the news at the time of this writing" a finder star chart showing the position of this star which is host to the first image of an ExtraSolar planet (a planet not in our solar system) is shown.  The location of the star GQ Lupis is highlighted on the chart. The magnitude is slightly exaggerated so that it shows clearly at this field of view.  The star is actually quite faint at ~11th magnitude which is much fainter than the naked eye can see!.  Below the chart is the data related to the star supplied by TheSky6 Astronomy software..
