    How do I return products to Software Bisque?

    RESOLUTION

    Software Bisque offers a 30-day money back guarantee* on software products.

    Boxed Software Product Refund Request

    If you wish to return a “boxed” Software Bisque software product, please do the following:

    1. Email the /forums/users/FrontDesk the following information: 
      a. The “Subject” of the email must be “Software Bisque RMA Request” (otherwise the email could be identified as spam).
      b. In the body of the email, include your invoice/web order number, your name and mailing address and the reason for the return (please).
    2. After the above information is received, Software Bisque will issue an Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number to you. 
    3. Clearly print RMA number on the outside of the packaging. Returns without an RMA will not be accepted.

    Software Bisque will issue a refund, less the stocking fee, after the product is received.
