      Software Bisque Knowledge Base Article – 20

      THESKY V4 DOES NOT START

      ISSUE

      Double clicking TheSky icon displays the splash screen, but TheSky does not start. With a lower resolution driver, TheSky’s menu appears but not the SkyDisplay.

      RESOLUTION

      If TheSky won’t start under Windows 95, have the user uninstall TheSky, delete TheSky’s folder, then reinstall. Some files may be corrupt and will not allow TheSky to start.
