      Software Bisque Knowledge Base Article – 272

      LOST SERIAL NUMBER/PASSWORD

      ISSUE

      The customer cannot locate his/her product serial number and or password (password’s are associated with a purely digital download products such as TheSky Pocket Edition).

      RESOLUTION

      If you’ve lost your serial number or password and purchased the product directly from Software Bisque, or returned your registration form, contact Software Bisque to obtain your registered serial number.

      TheSky Pocket Edition customers can recover their password and serial number by doing the following:

      1. From your desktop computer, click Start | All Programs | Software Bisque | TheSky Pocket Edition | TheSky Pocket Edition Serial Number Viewer.
