      TIME SERVICE SETS TIME INCORRECTLY

      ISSUE

When using TheSky’s Data, Site Information, Date & Time, Time Service feature, the system’s clock is set incorrectly.

      RESOLUTION

Make sure that the following settings are correct for the user’s location:

      1. Data, Site Information, Location, Time Zone.
      2. Data, Site Information, Date & Time, Daylight Saving Time Option*.

If these are correct, but the problem persists, update to the latest version.

*For some locations (especially outside the U.S.A.) the DST parameters may not be 100% accurate. An as-yet (1997 Feb 05) unreleased version will utilize user-changeable DST parameters.
