CANNOT DOWNLOAD FILES FROM SOFTWARE BISQUE’S ANONYMOUS FTP SITE

ISSUE

When attempting to download a file from Software Bisque’s ftp site, the error message:

“Cannot access this folder. Make sure you typed the file name correctly and you have permission to access the folder. Details: A connection with the server could not be could not be established.”

RESOLUTION

Software Bisque no longer maintains an anonymous ftp server for downloading files. All files are downloaded from Software Bisque web site using the more common “http” protocol.
