    Software Bisque Knowledge Base Article – 1095

    CCDSOFT DOES NOT RETRIEVE DATA FROM THESKY6 PROFESSIONAL EDITION

    ISSUE

    FITS images saved by CCDSoft do not contain telescope position and other information data that should be supplied by TheSky6.

    RESOLUTION

    1. Get the latest version of CCDSoft and TheSky6 from the Software Bisque Download Site (http://www.bisque.com/download). Be sure to check the Hot Fixes site (http://www.bisque.com/hotfixes) for the latest releases.
    2. From CCDSoft, click File | Properties.
    3. On the Properties dialog box, mark Use “TheSky Version 6” option and then click OK.
