    THESKY6'S VIRTUAL SKY SHOWS A DARK BAND FOR THE MILKY WAY AND A COLORED STARRY BACKGROUND.

    ISSUE

    When TheSky6 is launched, the Milky Way appears as a dark band against a colored starry background.

    Note: The color of the starry background may vary depending upon the current Star Chart Fill color.

    RESOLUTION

    Change the Fill Color of the Sky Background to the color Black.

    1. Click View | Display Explorer.

    2. Navigate to the Reference Objects | Other Reference | Sky Chart node.

    3. Click the icon next to the Display Properties text to display the Properties dialog box.

    4. On the Display Properties tab, click Fill.

    5. On the Color dialog box, select the color black (rgb = 0,0,0) and click OK.

    6. Click Apply.
