      CANNOT COMPLETE THESKY POCKET EDITION INSTALLATION

      ISSUE

      After entering the password, the Next button remains dimmed, and I cannot continue the installation.

      RESOLUTION

      Most likely the password or serial number has been entered incorrectly.

      * The password must be entered first during the installation. The serial number is entered after the password.
      * The password is case sensitive and contains no space characters.

      Tips:
      * Using the mouse, highlight your password text from your web order, and then click Edit | Copy to copy the text to the clipboard. When prompted for the password, right-click on the password text box and the click “Paste”.

      * Make sure that you’ve entered the serial number correctly. Do not enter the letter “O” for the number zero (0).

      * Make sure that you have downloaded the correct installation program for the product you’ve purchased. “TheSky Pocket Edition” and “TheSky Pocket Edition with Pocket TPoint” are two separate applications with separate installation programs. The installation program is named with the product name first, the platform, followed by then the version of the product.

      Example TheSky Pocket Edition Installation Program Name:

      “TheSkyPEPocketPC-V1.10.000.exe.exe”

      Example TheSky Pocket Edition with Pocket TPoint Installation Program Name:

      “TheSkyPEwPTPointPocketPC-Ver 1.10.002.exe”
