A THESKY6 WINDOW OR DIALOG BOX DOES NOT APPEAR

ISSUE

When I click on a command in TheSky6, the dialog box does not appear. For example, clicking the Edit | Find command fails to display the Find dialog box.

RESOLUTION

TheSky6 saves the screen position of many dialog boxes. Changes to video drivers, screen resolutions, multiple monitor configurations, etc., can cause one or more of TheSky6's windows to appear “off the screen” and become “invisible”.

Running the application “TheSky6Defaults.exe” (this application must be run as an Administrator under post Windows Vista operating systems) restores the positions of the windows. See Software Bisque KB article 1135 for details about configuring TheSky6 to use default parameters.
