    Software Bisque Knowledge Base Article – 135

    RUNTIME LIBRARY ERROR LAUNCHING 32-BIT APPLICATION

    ISSUE

    Launching a Software Bisque 32-bit application (e.g. TheSky or RealSkyView) gives the following error message:

    “Microsoft Visual C++ runtime library error. …Abnormal program termination.”

    RESOLUTION

    This error message is caused by using the incorrect (older) version of Win32s. The customer must install the version of Win32s provided by Software Bisque.
