ISSUE

The manual does not state what values should be entered for the communications box.

RESOLUTION

Under the Telescope, Setup, Settings, the values for the communications tics per revolution should be ra=32768 and dec=32768. For the telescope they should be the actual encoder tics (for example if you have 2048 encoders that are not geared up, you would enter ra=2048 and dec=2048).
