    LAUNCHING ORCHESTRATE: “ERROR CREATING COMPONENTS”

    ISSUE

    When the user attempts to launch Orchestrate, the following error message is displayed: “Error creating components”

    RESOLUTION

    If the error message “Error creating components” is encountered, one or more files is missing from the installation.

    For example, if the OCX file RASClient .ocx is missing when the user launches Orchestate, the above message is displayed.
