RUN THESKY, DDHELP.EXE CAUSES A FATAL EXCEPTION

    ISSUE

When the debugging application “Quincy for Win32” is enabled, running TheSky gives an error that DDHelp.exe causes a fatal exception.

DDHelp.exe is a helper executable for the DirectDraw Driver Initialization Components. Software Bisque does not distribute nor have anything to do with the stability of DDHelp.exe.

    RESOLUTION

If TheSky conflicts with any DirectDraw components (such as DDHelp.exe) the user should disable any memory-resident applications (anit-virus, QuickRes from Microsoft, etc.).

This should end any conflicts the TheSky has with DirectDraw.
