INSTALL: ERROR DURING MOVE DATA PROCESS

ISSUE

When attempting to install an application or update (e.g. RealSkyView v4.10.001 update), an error message is displayed:
“Error occurred during the Move Data Process: -132”
The installation quits without completing.

RESOLUTION

Delete the current contents of the system’s temporary folder (e.g. C:/Temp), including subfolders, then run the installation again. Alternatively, the temporary folder could be renamed and another created by the original name. In this case, the original temporary folder should probably be restored after the installation is completed.
