THESKY AUTOMATICALLY DISCONNECTS TELESCOPE

ISSUE

Upon poor communications TheSky automatically disconnects the telescope

RESOLUTION

This behavior is by design.

To make TheSky not automatically disconnect the telescope upon poor communications do the following:

1. Go to Start, Run and type “Regedit” and press OK.
2. Navigate to the HKEY_CURRENT_USER/Software/SoftwareBisque/TheSky/TELESCOPE.
3. Select, Edit, New, DWORD value, for the Name type “AutoTerminateErrCnt” and for the value put in something larger than 3 which is the default.
