SKY DISPLAY IS INCOMPLETE (BLANK BAND)

    ISSUE

On using the Rotate Tool (to rotate CCW ~90 for example), or even just Find, Center & Frame*, a part of the Sky Display (upper left) is missing all objects but the Milky Way. View, Redraw Screen does not correct it, however when the stellar update occurs, the problem goes away (until rotate again). This was reported on a 486-33 (and a P5-100*) with Windows 3.1. Changing to VGA driver did not change results. Started with North Up and 100 FOV @ ~7h x +20.
Same person sees display jump from 5h to 22h at stellar update.
*This was a second individual reporting same symptoms.

    RESOLUTION

Try to free hard drive space by removing unused files. May also increase the size of (or create if not present) the disk-caching (aka virtual memory) file size.
