    FLOATING POINT ERROR WHEN STARTING THESKY

    ISSUE

    When attempting to run TheSky, error message displayed:
    “Floating Point Error”
    TheSky then closes without showing splash screen or menu.

    RESOLUTION

    If a previous version of TheSky (v2.x for example) is on the system, the user is probably using its shortcut, instead of the new one. Verify that the correct shortcut is being used (check its properties under Start, Settings, Taskbar, Start Menu Programs, Advanced).
    One test is to launch TheSky from Explorer under its installed folder (typically “C:/Program Files/Software Bisque/TheSky”).
