    REPLACEMENT MEDIA FOR SOFTWARE BISQUE PRODUCTS

    ISSUE

    How can I obtain replacement media for my Software Bisque software product (including a warranty replacement of TheSkyX Professional Edition Database Add On)?

    RESOLUTION

    Software Bisque will replace software media (CD-ROMs or DVDs) or printed manuals for $25.00 + shipping. 

    Software Bisque warrantees all product media for 30 days from the date of purchase and will replace it free of charge (please return defective media to Software Bisque). Provide proof of purchase is required for warranty replacements.

    You must be a registered Software Bisque customer, or provide a valid serial number to obtain all replacement media or documentation.

    All Software Bisque User's Manuals are available in PDF format at: http://www.bisque.com/documentation.
